I went to Chic-Fil-A for the first time ever just last weekend in St. Louis. There's not one located near where I live. I need to get one of those desk peddlers for myself. I sit at a desk for 8 hours while at work and that would be great to help get the blood flowing.

Such a precious Valentine’s Favorites my friend. I tell ya, simple little treats are the best. I miss doing that with my boys. But now, I occasionally treat myself and it’s joyful. I need to get that peddler. You know I love my stepper, just walked it for an hour today. That is a great heart. And a big yay for collagen, protein balls and macaroons.
